AURA 51 is a luxury grooming prediction platform. We utilize advanced 3D face biometric scanning meshes to simulate styling alignments. You agree that:
- Predictive Nature: All hairstyle recommendations and vertex correlations are simulated predictions, not physical guarantees. Grooming outcomes may vary based on structural hair characteristics and stylist calibration.
- Safe Submissions: You must only submit raw biometric portraits that you own or have explicit legal consent to process. Submitting unauthorized or harmful files will lock your client node immediately.
2. B2B SaaS Accounts & Waitlists
Salons selecting our Flexible Trial Frameworks (Free, Trial, or Premium) must maintain accurate system credentials. You are responsible for all scheduling logs, waitlist console actions, and lead configurations compiled under your terminal node. We reserve the right to standby or terminate nodes that compromise our telemetry network.
3. Intellectual Property Grid
The entire technology grid, interactive bento systems, custom cursor shaders, 3D rotating biometric particle wireframe scripts, monospaced diagnostic streams, and editorial logos compiled in this workspace are the absolute intellectual property of **SECTOR X 51** and its licensed engineers. You may not copy, extract, or reverse-engineer any segment of our system code without written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
SECTOR X 51 and its developers (including Kishore Vijay V and Pranav) shall not be liable for any system latencies, salon appointment booking failures, database synchronization delays, or predictive inaccuracies. Your use of AURA 51 is entirely at your own risk.
